MASTERING PRICING - CD, VINYL AND DIGITAL MASTERING PACKAGES
Choose your mastering package - Bronze, Silver or Gold. All can be used for CD, vinyl or digital releases. All projects start with a free test master!
Turnaround time is 7 days average which includes time for corrections in mixing or mastering. If you’re in a rush, let me know and we’ll work it out. If you need more time on your end, no problem!

Full Length Album Mastering (8-12 song LPs)

BRONZE – $275
High quality mastering without options or extras. Bronze mastering includes one test master and all songs mastered with a single pass. No revisions after mastering. If you have a mix where all songs in the album are nearly ‘exactly’ the same and theres no song to song crossfades this package will work for you! I deliver a folder with all songs cut and faded, 44.1/16 bit ready for CD replication or upload to streaming services.
SILVER – $375
Silver mastering is the standard mastering package that I recommend for most projects. As I master, I make adjustments to each song individually. If you decide you need to remix any songs after hearing the mastering, I allow one revision after the initial mastering.
GOLD – $475
Gold mastering includes all aspects of the Silver mastering with extra labor as needed to insure that the result is as good as it can get. This package is for more complex projects such as those where different mixes are being brought together, or any project that needs extra attention.
DDP master file included!
All album packages include a DDP image file plus a DDP player app that can burn CDRs and export WAV or MP3 files. You can send the DDP file directly to the CD or vinyl pressing plant or to your record label. You can also upload the WAV files to digital streaming platforms.
EP, Demo and Single Mastering
EPs are albums with 5 to 7 songs. Demos are 3-4 songs. I use the Silver process for these packages to insure best quality. EPs include a DDP master file with included player app. Demos and singles are uploaded as WAV files (plus MP3s if requested). Free test mastering included.
EP Mastering – $300-350 $250-300 + Paypal Fee
Demo Mastering – $225-275 $200-225 + Paypal Fee
Singles – $100 (2 songs $150) - Free test master included
Streaming - Digital Only releases
For digital only releases you can use the provided DDP player app that comes with your DDP master file to export WAV files to upload to any digital streaming platform. No extra process is needed. Then if you decide to press CDs in the future, you already have your DDP master file.
If you would like your digital masters to conform to the Apple Digital Masters protocol (not necessary), see the “added options” below. If you’ve heard things online about “loudness” and are concerned with this, check out this article.
Vinyl Mastering
The CD mastering packages listed above can also be used for vinyl releases with no extra process necessary. But if your label or pressing plant is asking for a 24 bit DDP file, see the “added options” below. Let me know if you plan to press CDs, vinyl or both and I will make appropriate adjustments in the mastering.

Apple Digital Masters (Mastered for iTunes) process. Add 100 USD (EPs), 125 USD (LPs).
Additional mastering for albums over 14 songs, add 25 USD per song.
Mixing and production assistance – Free by email with mastering or 125 USD per hour by phone.
